APPLY FOR A TEAM

We are looking for dedicated enthusiasts who will put in the effort to watch over their team and participate in the different aspects of the league throughout the hockey season. Before sending in your application, please be sure you have read through all the information as well as Rules/Guidelines so you are aware of what is expected, and if you have any questions you can contact me by clicking on the link found in the next paragraph.

Once you've done the above and are ready to join us, send an email to the commish@coachab.com with the following info (cut & paste the email into your email program):

  - your name
  - your city/province/state/country
  - your msn address (if you have one, not required though)
  - if you were referred by someone, who was it
  - team preference (list 3 of them just in case your first choice is taken)
  - jersey style preference (as above, list 3 choices)
  - and if you want to re-name your team, feel free to do so

If a team is not available at the time you apply you will be added to a waiting list so we can contact you when one does become free.

I do offer small breaks off the yearly fees for referring people to the league. This break in fees is not given upfront though and is put off until the following season as I've been burned in the past when people were referred and subsequently they disappeared so, breaks are only given if the person you refer actually joins the league and pays their fees.
