Psychos sent the first overall pick to the Islanders for prospect D Jake Gardiner and the Isles 1st round 2010 pick

Psychos: "I made it because I think the top six guys in this years draft all are good picks plus I get a good prospect in Gardiner out of it. The way I look at it is I get two good young players for the price of one. I'm pretty much resigned to the fact my team is gonna struggle a lot this year again so I'm trying to stock up for the future."
